RETURN POLICY
Returns and Exchanges Made Simple...

Greenlayer Sports wants you to be satisfied with every purchase! We will gladly accept eligible merchandise within 30 days of order delivery date. For your convenience, the eligibility of products is listed on the Returns section of each Product Information page.


Process: It's as easy as 1, 2, 3...


  1. Go to your My Account page and select My Orders.
  2. Locate the order for which the product was purchased.
  3. Select "Request RMA" and follow instructions.

Upon your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) approval, one of our Customer Support Specialists will send you an email with specific returns instructions.


NOTE: Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and with all original product tags attached. Approved returns will be credited in the form of a Merchandise Store Credit which will be applied to your account, or alternatively a refund will be issued for the price of the product. Greenlayer will not be able to cover the cost of fulfillment (includes shipping and handling) as these steps are handled by third party vendors. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Exchanges will be shipped out free of shipping charges.

Are there exceptions?

Yes. Some items may have warranty restrictions imposed by the manufacture. In this circumstance we will provide you with specific instructions on how the return/repair will be handled. For your convenience, the eligibility of products is listed on the Returns section of each Product Information page.


What if the item received is wrong, damaged, or defective?

Are item exchanges available for a different size/color/etc.?

Some of the items available for sale are limited in quantity. Therefore, it is unlikely that any additional similar items will be available for exchange. In the unlikely event the item remains available, an item exchange for a different size/color can be considered.


Will I be notified when my item return has been received?

Yes, you will receive an email notification from our Customer Support Specialist indicating that your item has been received and the Merchandise Credit has been issued to your account.
