- Locate the order for which the product was purchased.
- Select “Request RMA” and follow instructions.

*Eligible for Return: Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and with all original product tags attached. Approved returns will be credited in the form of a merchandise store credit, which will be applied to your account, or alternatively a refund will be issued for the price of the product. Greenlayer will not be able to cover the cost of fulfillment (includes shipping and handling) as third party vendors handle these steps. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Exchanges will be shipped out free of shipping charges.
